Small Groups
Waukesha, WI - Center Court Sports Complex
Small group training focuses more on the individual needs of attending athletes with drills and workouts custom designed for attending players. With smaller sized groups, athletes will get receive specific feedback for their position to help them achieve their goals. Small group training is beneficial for athletes as they receive benefits of playing with others, learning through observation, specific feedback, and less time spent shagging balls. When signing up, athletes will share their position and some goals to work on in their session. These sessions will be positional focused with an emphasis on technique and high rep counts. Athletes will be working to perfect their skills through repetition and focus on details.
Defense, Passing & Setting
Waukesha, WI - Center Court Sports Complex
Athletes will gain new insights and fine tune critical skills for passing and setting techniques. This camp will have high repetition in serve receive, defense, and setting both in and out of system. This camp will focus on DS and Libero skills including reading the attack, covering short, various passing techniques and out-of-system situational training to increase comfort levels and precision for in game situations. Setters will learn offensive skills such as decision-making and out-of-system setting, as well as important defensive skills like reading the attacker and coverage. Players will be pushed and challenged with an eye on detail and doing things the right way with every rep. While fun is absolutely a big part of this camp, it is achieved through hard work, sweat, and competition.
Attacking & Blocking
Waukesha, WI - Center Court Sports Complex
Athletes will gain new insights and fine tune critical skills for attacking and blocking techniques. This camp will have high repetition and requires a fundamental understanding of the front row positions. Ball control and serve receive are part of this camp to help fine tune players looking to play all around on their respective teams. Setters who currently or are wishing to run a 5-1 offense are highly encouraged to attend this camp as they will learn important aspects of the front row and will get reps setting live hitters. Players will be pushed and challenged with an eye on detail and doing things the right way with every rep. While fun is absolutely a big part of this camp, it is achieved through hard work, sweat, and competition.
